The customer has the right to replace and retrieve the goods provided that they are in their original condition and have not been opened or used within two days of the delivery and after communicating with customer service to explain the reason for the exchange or refund. The customer also has the right to return the goods and directly demand to replace them if you realize that they have been broken or if any damage was caused to them by examining the shipment in front of the shipping representative upon its arrival. The amount is transferred back to the customer’s account after the product arrives and is confirmed during work days from Saturday to Thursday.
